I'm unable to find the COLLAPSE TO DEFINITIONS option in the menus and I tried Customize so I can add an Icon on the menu like I did in VS 2008
Normaly it's in the EDIT - OUTLINING menu but it's not there.  I'm able to do CTRL-M-O but I want an icon on the menu and it seems a bit different then before

Ok I found it.  It was because I did import my VS2008 settings and it vanished cause of that.

I did reset the settings and it reappears.  Now I've been able to put the collapse to definitions on my toolbar but it's different then before
and now I seem unable to set an icon for the big phrase COLLAPSE TO DEFINITIONS written on the toolbar well I can set it to not showing text but if I do
there's no Icon and there seem to miss this feature and it's something I have yet to discover

As you can see in this image : http://pages.videotron.com/gear/huh.jpg
I tried everything in there to get an icon and no text.  Image and text doesn't help cause there's no icon and there's no way to set an icon
and the text is mandatory so I just put a letter but this doesn't make sense

So what's the trick to have an icon to my COLLAPSE TO DEFINITIONS ?
And I'm wondering why they remove all this very useful stuff that made VS2008 so special where you can just CUSTOMIZE everything with the mouse directly on the icon and menus.  Ah well,

What language is the file you are written in, and what settings did you choose when you started VS for the first time?

On my machine, which has the default C# settings:
    * For C#, C++, and VB files, collapse to definitions appears in Edit->Outlining
    * For .xaml files (for instance), it isn't there, because there aren't really definitions
