Do not display fully qualified names on mouse over, but simple names instead, is this possible?

Hi 

Is it possible to display simple type names when doing a mouse over on e.g. a method? 

When dealing with generic methods, the current default, showing all types with fully qualified names, quickly gets unreadable.

Based on my knowledge, we cannot perform this , this is a by design issue.

Even I think it is not possible as it an designing bug at this point.
