VS 2012 Solution in VS 2010

Question

Hi Guys

Can somone kindly tell me how I can open a Visual Studio 2012 Solution in Visual Studio 2010 ?

When I try to open the Solution, I get an error saying the Solution was created in a new version of the software, but it doesn't give me an option to convert or anything like that.

Would greatly appreciate any help.
