    svchost.exe - application error the Instruction at 0x001f1cb0 referenced memory @ 0x48544950. The memery could not be read

    after that system restart

    Would you mind letting us know more information about this issue? When did you get this error? Are you debugging an app in VS IDE? Which kind of operating system are you using?

    I doubt that it is not the correct forum for this issue, since this forum is to discuss the VS debugger/profiler tool.

    svchost.exe - application error the Instruction at 0x001f1cb0 referenced memory @ 0x48544950. The memery could not be read

    In addition, I did some research about this issue, like this KB, I doubt that it is related to your operating System. Maybe you could letting us know more information, so we could provide useful information or the correct forum for thsi issue.
