dbghelp.dll versions since Windows 7 SDK

It seems like there is an inconsistency in the version number being used on the dbghelp.dll library that ships with the debugging tools since Windows 7 SDK was introduced.
Information seems to be lacking in explaining the variation and this page has not been updated since 2010. Is there somewhere I can find some clarification on the recent versions of dbghelp.dll?

Hi dstdenis,
Thank you for posting in the MSDN forum.
I’m afraid that it is not the correct forum for this issue, since this forum is to discuss the VS debugger issue.
Based on the link provided by you, it is related to the windows debugging, if so, I suggest post this issue to this forum: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/windbg/threads, and there you would get dedicated support. Thanks for your understanding.
Best Regards,
