I developed an application in VS2008 C# Windows XP sp2 (32-bit) and was trying to execute in Windows 7 Professional (32 and 64 bit) PCs. The application would not run if a Crystal Report viewer was included in it, and would run fine without it in all machines.
I tried running the distributable in the Windows 7 PCs with no difference, the application would not run. I re-compiled setting the Crystal references to Copy Local and the application ran without issues on Windows 7 32-bit, but crashed when attempting to display
a report in Windows 7 64-bit.
Should I have done something different? What should I do to execute successfully in Windows 64-bit?
