Create Instance menu item

I use VS 2010 Professional Edition, and in my Class Diagram I try to use the "Create Instance" menu item, but I don't see this menu item. It is not available. In my VS 2008 Professional I see that menu item . I found the folowing link http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/k6d9x2fx.aspx but I don't know how to see if Visual Studio is in Design mode instead or Debug mode or from where I can activate create instance menu item ?

Hi Bogdan,
The "Create Instance" menu was part of the Object Test Bench feature area, and is no longer part of Visual Studio. Here is a blog post with additional details.
