How do I Embed an Html file in visual sudio application?

Hello, I am using Microsoft vsual studio 2005. Can anyone please tell me how can I embed an html file in my application. I have embeded an html file but when I publish it it doesn't know the proper path. What should I type in the URL that the local html in the application can work where ever it goes? thanks
