An unhandled win32 exception occurred in devenv.exe

Hi

I get the following error when launching MS Visual Studio Shell installed by Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE2013: "An unhandled win32 exception occurred in devenv.exe".

My system = Windows 7 Pro 32 bit

I have performed the recommended actions of the following thread: [3620] An unhandled win32 exception occurred in devenv.exe.

It turns out that the problem does not occur when I launch the program from another user account.

So how can I solve the probable user profile corruption?

Nota:

1/ I have tried the test version of MS Visual Studio Pro and it works on my main account.

2/ Since the installation of MS Visual Studio Shell, VB Express cannot be launched any more (supposedly the same problem).

Since your user profile is corrupt, I would recommend you refer to this page:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/fix-a-corrupted-user-profile

So that your user profile can be fixed.
