Can't open recently created Database Model Diagram

Question

I'm using Visio 2003. I recently created a database diagram and now I can't open it. Also, I can't create a new database diagram now either. In both cases Visio does not respond. Any ideas on how to correct this? Thanks.

Which error are you getting exactly?

Are you able to create a new database diagram (checking this will tell us whether it is Visio or your diagram which needs looking at) ?

I do not receive an error message. The wait cursor is displayed and Visio never responds when I attemp to open a previously created database diagram or try to create a new database diagram. I can open and ceate other types of diagrams without any issues.
