Visio 2010 sharepoint workflow stencil missing

Question

Hi, i have visio 2010 installed on my 64 bit windows 7 machine. i have the office prof plus pack installed. when i open up visio to try to create a sharepoint workflow template, it isnt there under the flowchart menu, am i missing soemthing? where can i find this template or download it as i reallt need it?

That depends do you have the premium version installed (that's where they did the most on workflow.

Hi,

A “SharePoint workflow template”for Visio 2010 is only available with Visio 2010 Premium. That’s the reason they are not available in both Visio 2010 standard and professional editions.

While installing the visio 2010, give the premimum verison product key if you want to get “SharePoint workflow template”.

I am also missing the template.  I did an uninstall of Visio 2010 professional and a reinstall with a premium key code.  The software title reads premium but there is no workflow template.

Hi Donna,

Please install Visio 2010 Premium edition because “SharePoint workflow template” is only available with Visio 2010 Premium not neither in professional or standard edition.
