    I want to find the latitude and longitude by using the GeoCode Bing Map service and my address number and address street is partial matching to the address number and address street point by the Bing Map.

      Print out respond from GeoCode and you will see.

        Can you give a bit more clarity to what your issue is? If you enter only the street number and street name then Bing Maps will search the globe for it. The more info you can provide the better. Usually appending the country will help narrow the search.
