how to develop a software like msdn ?

HI,ALL

    I like MSDN when i used it ,so ,i want to know how to develop a software like msdn:

1、how to implement MSDN's query function？

2、the data we want to query how to  storage ？ the data is the set of function we want to query

can anyone help me?
