Locked Security Exception with Visual Basic Power Packs 3.0

    I have designed a UserControl with Visual Basic PowerPack controls (rectangle, line) and hosted it inside an Internet Explorer page. When the page is accessed on a machine that does not have Power Packs installed it throws a security Exception error. Does any one has a clue about why this exception???
