some problems about Event in vb.net

Question

Use the vb.net's sockets development a Server class and Client class, the requirement is: to Server object is concerned, when received messages of the Client object, trigger events Receive. Can you talk the whole thought and the specific details of iImplementation this Event, thank you    it is best that give me some source codes  ,thank you very much!!!
