Office object library not working in Autosys 11.3

Question

We used to using Autosys 4.5 to automate programs that use Office object library.  But after upgrading to Autosys 11.3 the programs no longer work.  For Excel below error is found in log file:

"1004 - Microsoft Office Excel cannot open or save any more documents because there is not enough available memory or disk space.

• To make more memory available, close workbooks or programs you no longer need.

• To free disk space, delete files you no longer need from the disk you are saving to."

For Word a "WINWORD.EXE" accumulate in windows tasklist every time it run after the job finishes.

In Autosys 4.5 there's no such problem and everything runs smoothly.

This problem has hugh impact on our daily operations so any clue is appreciated.
