*URGENT* how to make phone call using bluetooth connected cell phone from desktop PC

Question

Would anyone know how to do this? I am really stuck and do not have time to invest in the extra learning atm.

I need to be able to click a link from a vb6 program and call a number via a connected mobile phone.
(Assumption: the mobile phone is already connected to the PC via bluetooth on com3)
