Free fingerprint reader SDK/API

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a good (free) fingerprint sdk/api that I can use in a .net application.
From searching, the most common answer was to download grFinger from www.griaule.com but it seems that there website is no longer around.

2. VeriFinger Fingerprint Identification SDK

VeriFinger SDK trials are available for downloading.
The VeriFinger 6.0 algorithm demo application for Microsoft Windows is also available for downloading.
