GettingStarted.htm not found

Question

After 'successfully' installed VB.NET Express and VC#.NET Express, I encountered the following error when I entered the IDE

Cannot find server

C:\Program%20Files\Microsoft%20Visual%20Studio%208\Common7\IDE\VCSExpress\HTML\GettingStarted.htm


The page cannot be displayed

If there are anything go wrong during the setup ?
