Previous and Next command in button control

Hi to all,

i would like to get your help with a previous and next command button. what is the code for this and im using ms access with table adapter but no binding navigator. Please help me. Thank you

Thanks for the help sir im sorry i forgot to say that i'm wanting to use command button to navigate the database records rather than the binding navigator. . .
