    I can leave voicemails on physical sets. When I go to listen to voicemail there are no voicemails present. I can however access the MP3 files on the exchange server and play them back from the location C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\UnifiedMessaging\voicemail. I've got an Avaya Communication Manager PBX. Any help greatly appreciated.

    Are you trying to use UCWA to listen to voicemail? How are you trying to listen to voicemail?
