UCMA 3.0 MSS 10.2 Language Packages for es-US

Question

I have an application built via UCMA 3.0 with MSS 10.2 but the associated language packages do not contain es-US (Spanish - US). Which language package supplied can be used to recognize and speak US Spanish.  In addition is there a way to internal to the MSS to map es-US to the appropriate language package.

Frankly I'm guessing, but it is possible es-us is not supported. Here are my steps:

1. Search the download center for '10.2' and get the page for 'Microsoft Speech Platform - Software Development Kit (SDK) (Version 10.2)'. At the bottom of this page is a link to Microsoft Speech Platform - Server Runtime Languages (Version 10.2).

2. Search the page for es-us and get no results. Looking at the page, I do see ES-MX ... which may be the closest match you'll find.

3. Search the Download Center for es-us and get this:
