Unanswered getting approval for video conferencing

    hi everyone

             

                       i was asked to develop a code for video conferencing which should contain an approval from the manager before commencing it ,

    can anyone guide me on how it has to be done , as am new to this field . Any sample code formats will be really helpfull

    thanks for the reply michael,

            Actually the senario is ,

                                 If the user wants to start a video conference , he has to get the approval from his respective manager , ie when he sends the requests for other users to join the conference , that has to go to the manager mail box for the approval with the approve and dis approve buttons , then if the manager approves, the request will be sent to the users for joining the conference.

    kindly suggest me how to begin and achieve this.

    I'm not sure what you mean by "requests" - are you talking about the online meeting invite that is sent through Outlook beforehand, or are you talking about what happens if you invite a user to a conference that has already started?

    Hi michael,

                                The thing is that , who ever has to start the video conversation through LYNC , they have to get their managers approval before starting it , ie when they click on the video conference and invite the others to join it , before the can happen , it has to go to managers mail box for approval  , if the manager approve for the initiation of  video conference then the other users can join the same .
