Suggest a Book which teaches TSQL to expert level

Monday, March 18, 2013 7:26 PMI'm a DB Developer I'm working on TSQL, SSIS & SSRS for last 18 months. I know basics in TSQL but I want o learn TSQL to expert level. Want to learn wrinting good Stored Procs & use better optimizing techniques.
Please suggest me the best book which teaches TSQL from High to Low level. Also send me download links if u have any.
