Hi,
Did you launch the Windows App Cert Kit from Visual Studio? After you clicked Yes on the UAC prompt, what do you see?

You cannot run validation because another instance of validation is in progress
how can stop progress?
thank you

The in-progress validation progress is probably hanged. You can manually kill the process by going to Task Manager. The process name is appcert.exe. Can you give that a try and see if that fixes the issue?

Hi,
Please try the following.
Go to %userprofile%\appdata\Local\Microsoft\AppCertKit folder. Delete all the contents in this folder. If any file in this folder is locked then use Process Explorer to see which process is holding this file. Kill that process and delete all contents of the AppCertKit folder. Then try to re-launch Windows App Certification Kit from the start screen.
Thanks,
