Windows App Cert Kit test failing when Live SDK reference is used in application

Hello, we're working on an application that uses SkyDrive, so we need to reference the Live SDK in order to do this (login to live, get videos / pictures, etc.). However, every time we run the test with the Windows App Cert Kit (WACK), it fails. You can download a sample project and an ARM app package from this link.
Two funny things in this:
1) It only happens when we run the WACK test on and ARM device, but on x64 it passes all.
2) It complains about EVERY dll, except the Live SDK itself. This is an example of the dlls that fail:
"program Information: 0 : 9/12/2012 10:34:14 AM INFO:[NGenTest]Failed to compile C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\BUILD.5910d32f-f009-4479-aef4-9243c948225a_0.0.294.3085_arm__m9x4cj6zcxabe\SomeLibrary.dll because of the following error: Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070241)."
And this is what it says about the Live SDK dll:
"program Information: 0 : 9/12/2012 10:34:10 AM INFO:[NGenTest]32 Bit Ngen - C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\BUILD.5910d32f-f009-4479-aef4-9243c948225a_0.0.294.3085_arm__m9x4cj6zcxabe\Microsoft.Live.Controls.dll
