Installing on XP and is this really Sho 2.0

Question

First off, this is very cool. I've been struggling with R because the syntax is kind of painful and it doesn't play well with most existing libraries. This seems like a very strong alternative. I've got two questions:

1) The installer download states Windows Vista, 7, Server 2003 or 2008 is supported, but it installed without issue on XP and as far as I can tell it's running fine, anything I should know?

2) The installer was for Sho 2.0, was there ever a v1?

I hope Sho is a fun and useful environment for you to use!

 

1)      As far as we know, Sho should work fine on XP, but it hasn’t been as extensively tested.

2)      Sho 2.0 is the first public release. There was a 1.0 version, but it was just used internally.
