    Hi,

I've just installed Power Tools for VS2008 in an attempt to edit work item types for use on a project.  I can follow the menu path: Tools > Process Editor > Work Item Types > Open WIT from Server.  I then navigate to my project and choose the WIT "bug" that I want to edit.

However, on the menu bar (showing the Fields, Layout and Workflow options) I only have options for New, Open or Delete, not Edit.

What do I need to do to enable the Edit functionality?

    Regards,

    Dave

Open? And then when you've opened it, Save?

    Hi,

just double click to open a field and change it, and save it. However, i don't recommend to change properties of the existing fields (used in other projects or default fields by template). The best practise is to use new fields with your own name and raference name and other fields, that you don't need, you can delete.

    Best Regards,
