Get work items into a project plan that is synced with VSTF

Hi

I have a project plan that is synced with VSTF.  I generally create work items by using publish on the project plan.  But now there are few work items that are created in the VSTF manually which i need to get into project plan.  I used Get WorkItems but that doesn't pull the work item ID and so I can't keep project plan and VSTF in sync.

Any suggestions on how I can do this

If you know which work items in TFS you want to include in your project plan, the Get Work Items dialog contains a text box for you to list the work item IDs (seperated by commas) you want to import.
