Save workitem doesn't work correct

Question

Hi all,

We are using TSWA 2005. Some users told me about an arduous failure which is not traceable for me. Perhaps one a week they have the following situation:

1.) Open an existing workitem on TSWA2005
2.) Write a simple text to a description field.
3.) Wait 2-3 minutes
3.) Add an attachment
4.) Save the WorkItem with the "save and close"-function. There's no error message but the text in step2 is not saved, the attachment is already done.

I think it's not a timeout problem, because the timeout is defined with 60 minutes.

Any idea?

Will this issue happen when wirte text to other field?

We are changing the issue type to “Comment” because you have not followed up with the necessary information.
