مؤمّن Unable to create a new work item using Team System Web Access

I'm using the Web Access for Team Foundation Server 2010.

I create a new Work Item from here and I click Save...a window pops yp on the browser that says "Saving Changes...". this window will not go away which tells me something is wrong.

I can create a new work item from Visual Studio 2010 just fine, just can't do the same in TWA.

What settings do I have wrong? Please help.

    Thanks.

    What browser you are using?

Try to change the browser with different versions if you can

Are you seeing the same behavior for all work item types? What about different projects?

    Thanks

    Hi RBonakdar,

    Thanks for your post.

Has this issue been resolved? If not, as our members said, please try to create the new work item using a different version of browser, and check if the same happened when creating other types of work item or creating the new work item for other team projects.

And I suggest you upgrade your VS 2010 and TFS 2010 both to VS 2010 SP1 and TFS 2010 SP1, then try to create work item using TFS Web Access again.

If you have any further research of this issue, please share your experience here.

We had this issue running IE 9, and found that a CTRL-F5 to clear the cache helped sort it out. Also clearing out the temporary internet files helped in another instance of this issue.
