Closed vs Blocked
- Hello ,
This is a simple question on two different buttons of TSWA blocked and closed .
What is the difference beetween them ?
when to use each of them ?
I was looking for a definition but i haven't found any .

Hi C.T,
This is defined in MSF for CMMI Process Improvement. You can right click "Work Items" node and then Team Project Process Guidance.
Blocked : Indicates if progress on implementing the requirement has been blocked. The values for this field are Yes or No. If an Issue work item has been opened to track the blocking problem, a link should be made to that work item as well.
Closed
A closed requirement is no longer being worked on. Requirements are closed when they are rejected, or when they are successfully implemented, verified, and validated.Best Regards,

- Iam sorry they are not buttons but dropdowns fields (field Blocked with value YES , and field State with value Closed)
I want to know their difference (Blocked with value YES Vs and State with value Closed)
