TFS Query Report is not showing time for workitems inTFS Web Access

Question

Hi,


My problem in TFS Web Access.

Please find the attached snap shot for your reference.

Scenario 1: I have created one work item using Visual Studio its working as expected.

I have selected with Bule color in the attached snap shot  it was correct.

Scenario2: I have created one work item using  Web Access its  not working as expected.

I have selected with Red color in the attached snap shot it was  not correct. its always taking 12:00:00 .

Problem: While creating work item through Web Access

Please suggest me solution for the above one.

Thanks for your post.

Please try to open that work items(which created using Web Access) in VS, the time filed still show 12:00:00? 

Please clean the Cache and restart TFS Server manually:

1.        Clean the Cache folder on client computer. The folder path is: C:\Users\username(Team Explorer user name)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Team Foundation\3.0\Cache(os: Windows Server 2008 R2)
2. Clean the Cache folder on Server machine. The folder path is: C:\Users\username(Web access user name)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Team Foundation\3.0\Cache(os: Windows Server 2008 R2)
3. After cleaned, on Server machine, click Start and select Run… to open the dialog box, then input iisreset.exe and click OK, wait it run completely.
