TFS Power Tools : Send VSTF Notification to people concerned

Hello !

I'm using Visual Studio 2010 and TFS Power tool to deals with mail alert notifications.

I can received a email each time the field "assigned to" is changed in any work item in my Team Project, which is good. 

But I want something else : put the guy concerned in copy for each mail. So if a tasks is assigned to Mr X, I want that me and Mr X. recieved a mail.

Is that possible with the Alert Explorer from Power Tools ? Or is they're any other way to do it ? (I don't want Mr X configure something in his computer, it should be 100% transparent for him)

I am afraid this scenario is not possible out of the box. 

Mr X can however subscribe to alerts for all work items assigned to him. So, Mr X will be notified by a separate alert that a work item has been assigned to him. 

However, if this is crucial for you, consider building a custom solution using TFS API.
