Once "Team Web Access stopped processing" happens, next time when user tries to access TFS Web Access, it is very slow to respond.
Is there anyway to customize this not to happen?
Why is this stop processing required? (Performance/Memory) issues?

Hi SibyA,
Thanks for your post.
Please try to clean the Cache and restart TFS Server(TFS 2010) manually:
- Clean the Cache folder on client computer. The folder path is: C:\Users\username(Team Explorer user name)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Team Foundation\3.0\Cache(os: Windows Server 2008 R2)
- Clean the Cache folder on Server machine. The folder path is: C:\Users\username(Web access user name)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Team Foundation\3.0\Cache(os: Windows Server 2008 R2)
- After cleaned, on Server machine, click Start and select Run… to open the dialog box, then input iisreset.exe and click OK, wait it run completely.

Hi John
If TFS Web access is not used for a while by any user, TFS turns off by saying "Team Web Access stopped processing" which can be seen in Windows Event Viewer logs. After that happens, if the user tries to access web access, it takes a while for TFS Access to be accessible using web access. Is there any setting in config to change the above mentioned action ("Team Web Access stopped processing") do not happen.
Thanks

Hi SibyA,
Thanks for your reply.
Please share the detailed Event Viewer log message here, I need more information about this issue.
Additionally, please install the TFS Power Tools 2010, then click Start>> All Programs>> Microsoft TFS Power Tools 2010>> Best Practices Analyzer to scan your TFS installation.
