Bug postin problem in tfs 2010 through web

Sir,
i have been facing a problem in my firm.i have configured tfs 2010 in our server and everybody working smoothly.i have tester in my office.his problem is,he can't post bugs through tfs.when he post bug through web ,the site is going to hang mode.His operating system is windows xp and there is no visual studio software.so pls help me ..it very urgent case ...i will give my mail id...prasanth.kp@wodux.com

Thanks for your post.
In order to resolve this issue, I want to confirm some information with you:
1 Can that tester connect to Team Project correctly using TFS Web Access on his Windows XP machine?
2 Only just can’t post the Bug work item correctly, or create each Work Item Type, will occur the same issue(hang) on this machine?
3 You said that everybody working smoothly(which Operation Systems they installed?), except this tester. So please let this tester logon on other clients, then try to post bug using TFS Web Access on this clients, check can post correctly or not.
For the detailed System Requirement for TFS 2010, please refer to: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd578592.aspx. May be there will have some issue when run TFS Web Access on the Windows XP machine. If everything work fine when the tester logon other clients, I suggest you upgrade the Operation System for your tester.

But other users are working using visual studio except this tester.So they have no problem.
but the tester is working tfs web

and i also check tfs web on tfs server system.still the same issue is showing

Thanks for your reply.
Please confirm my questions and do some tests to filter out which reason caused this issue.
1 Create work item in your TFS 2010 Web Access(http://servername:8080/tfs/web) will occur this issue(hang), so other features in TFS Web Access work correctly or with the same issue? for example perform Queries and view Source Control in TFS Web Access.
2 You said, on TFS Server machine, the issue still occurred in Web Access. So for different accounts logon TFS Web Access on TFS Server machine, still occur the same issue?
3 When post bug work item, the Web Access is going to hang mode, and it will keeping the hang mode until you close the new work item site, no matter how long time you wait?
4 When occurred this issue, please check the Event Viewer log, does there have any error relate to this issue?
5 Install the TFS Power Tools 2011 August, then click Start>> All Programs>> Microsoft TFS Power Tools 2010>> Best Practices Analyzer to scan the TFS installation.
Additionally, I suggest you clean the Cache and restart TFS Server:
1. Clean the Cache folder on client computer. The folder path is: C:\Users\username(Team Explorer user name)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Team Foundation\3.0\Cache(os: Windows Server 2008 R2)
2. Clean the Cache folder on Server machine. The folder path is: C:\Users\username(Web access user name)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Team Foundation\3.0\Cache(os: Windows Server 2008 R2)
3. After cleaned, on Server machine, click Start and select Run… to open the dialog box, then input iisreset.exe and click OK, wait it run completely.
