View Pending Changes - Filter By Solution does not appear to work

Question

It appears that even if you select "Filter By Solution" the pending changes window shows any files in any solution which are pending deletion even if they are not in your project. Do other people see this problem?

It's a known limitation.  A pending delete belongs to no solution so they really had two choices:  show all of them with "filter by solution" or show none of them.  They chose the safer (IMO) option of showing them all.
