Not able to download sourcecode using TFS Proxy

Question

 Getting the following error while downloading the source code using proxy.

"The source control proxy 'tfs-proxy' is not responding, so the request will be sent to the main server. Please verify your settings. Additional information: TF30063: You are not authorized to access Microsoft-IIS/6.0. "


We are able to download the source code to the TFS PRoxy machine, but not able to download it to client machine using 'Use proxy' option.

Any resolution available?

Thanks for your reply.

We have already configured the TFS proxy as per the guidelines given in the above link.
Still getting the same error when source code is downloaded in the client machine.
