Locked Visual Studio 2010 SP1 needed on TFS 2010 production Server?

On our soon-to-be-built standalone production TFS 2010 box we won't be installing any client apps (i.e. Team Explorer, TFS Sidekicks, TFS 2.1 Admin tools. We will have Management Studio as part of the Sql Server install). I don't think we need to install SP1 for Visual Studio on the server or do you disagree?

    TIA,

    Hi,

Yes, I agree. Visual Studio SP1 is not required on TFS 2010 server. Since the prerequisite for Visual Studio SP1 is Visual Studio needs to be installed/available on the box.
