To clarify. Our TFS 2010 SP1 installation uses NetBIOS names, which worked fine with single domain. Now we have sub-domains and as such need to be able to access TFS using FQDN. So what we need is an offical guide (something like http://www.tjopsta.net/2010/04/16/how-to-change-team-foundation-server-2010-urls-for-use-externally/).

Hello Alex,
I am sorry that currectly I am not able to find you the offical document about the configure FQDN for TFS2010 but for TFS2008 please see: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc752948(VS.90).aspx
And with the blog you offered above, I can successfully configure TFS to use the FQDN URL. Do you get any errors when you configure it?
Thanks.
