How to install Microsoft Test Manager 2010 only?

We need only Test Manager for our testers to use Test Lab.
Is it possible to install Microsoft Test Manager 2010 without buy full version VS Ultimate?

Hi A.Biryukov,
You will need to download VS 2010 Test Professional. VS 2010 Test Professional comes with Microsoft Test Manager 2010.
