TFS 2010 Report not working

Question

I have rebuild the TFS report through TFS admin because there was issue not updating the latest data. After I rebuild I am unable to load the report it says error message. Please check the attachment for reference.

Thank you for your reply John

I have done this manual process also. When I run the ProcessWherhouse method JobProccessing Status is not "Idle" it show "DataChange"

Thank you John. Issue has been resolved. After restarting both servers. Thank you very much. There was actually communication issue with DB server and TFS server.
