Is it possible to create an interactive report and publish it to the TFS project portal (in sharepoint)?

I wanted to create an interactive report based on my company's business model diagram. So when someone clicked on a node of the business model that I could pull a separate report with live data from the TFS warehouse. I would like to publish the business model diagram (that is interactive) onto the project portal in sharepoint.
Is this possible? I've tried searching online for ideas, instructions however I could be searching for the wrong criteria as the results being brought back are not what I would like to implement.
I have found information about pop-out reports from SSRS however, I'm unsure how to incorporate a custom diagram to SSRS and create links from it various points on the diagram. I've also investigated Excel integration reporting with TFS but again I'm lost when it comes to including a custom diagram and creating links from various points on the diagram.
Thanks in advance for all the assistance!

Hi Cathy,
How can I better explain myself. Imagine the VSTS 2010 Stadium Diagram. I want to be able to create an interactive report similar to that (in which the image is not a chart or a table, but a custom image) and when a user clicks on any of the components another report will display. The contents of these secondary reports are still being worked on, but I'm trying to determine the feasibility of the initial report.
Would I be able to make an interactive report similar to the Stadium Diagram on sharepoint with pop-out reports?
