I have to list out the names of employees having no workitems for a particular day.
And Auto send that details through email.

    Is it possible?
Is Any Webservice is availbale for that?

The easiest is to create a SSRS report (based on the TfsWarehouse database?) which shows the number of work items for all users.

You can then add a subscription to autosend the report by mail.
