Risk management?

Hi,

i have a question about generating risk management reports. Has anybody generated a risk analyse report ( FMEA, FTA, PHA .....) out of "cmmi" risk work items? I know there is not enough information in an out of the box cmmi risk work item, especially the "probability of occurence" isn´t there, but it should be no problem to adjust the work item. Why is there no special report for cmmi work items? No  risk management in software companies?? Some ideas and thoughts are welcome.

Thank you for your post.

As far as i know, TFS provide some report template that may most likely used in daily team work. If current report template do not meet you requirement to do risk management, you can create your own report.

Neither report template or customize report are all created via the same method or mode, so if the data exist in database, you can create report you want.
