Refresh in MSP 2010 caused the tasked to disappear

Hi,
I have created a project plan and published it on project server. I synchronized the plan with TFS and most of the line items in the plan were converted into task in TFS except for few which did not have resources assigned to it (milestones) and those which had more than one resource assigned. I am ok with these task not being published and hence i played along. After this, i did a refresh. As soon as i did this, all tasks which were published in TFS disappeared.
I am pretty upset as it was a huge plan and i dont have a backup. Can someone please help?
Thanks,
Atul

Atul,
Are you using our Project Client Integration (From "Team" Ribbon) or the Project Server Integration. Looks from your action Client Integration.
Here is the forum for Client related question http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/tfsworkitemtracking/threads
