      Hi, I would have to say that this is not the right forum to post this question but there might be no forum yet for this. Please read Brian's blog about this announcement http://blogs.msdn.com/b/bharry/archive/2011/09/01/team-foundation-server-on-windows-azure.aspx. If you are using a Dev11 client you just specify the URL of your account when connecting to the server. If you are using a Dev10 client you would do the same but you will first need to make sure you have Dev10 SP1 and the new GDR installed on the client.
