Locked missing TfsAdmin.exe ,which service pack has not installed?

    when i run the following script, i found there is not a TfsAdmin.exe in our environment, so which service pack has not installed?

    TfsAdmin ProjectServer /RegisterPWA /pwa:pwaUrl /tfs:tfsUrl
