Customizing TFS template SharePoint Dashboard

We have created a custom process template (work items, queries, reports) and are stuck on the SharePoint part of it. We want to portal to look the same as Agile but with some additional excel reports that are added.
We created the new excel reprts and modified an Agile portal to look it the way we want. How do we make these so it is part of template and this site can be created with every new team project using the new template.
Should we create a new feature for the reports or can this be done using site template?

Hi Kaku,
Thanks for your post!
The Excel Reports are part of Microsoft.TeamFoundation.SharePoint.Dashboards.wsp(C:\Program Files\Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2010\Tools\Templates). There are 2 workbooks modules in the template, one for Agile and another for CMMI. You can try to edit the template.
In addition, you can modify the Process Template easily using TFS Power Tools, for example:http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/tfsworkitemtracking/thread/f2772426-f4f8-46a3-a8f9-274fc322033f

Cathy,
Thanks for your reply. We are still using the Agile template and created an additional template. I was wondering if we can create an additional SharePoint template like Agile / CMMI. Looks like there is not much infomration available on TFS SharePoint customization. I had been through this link
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff678492.aspx but could not find any other demo or samples of SharePoint TFS templates. Please advice.
