which fields are copied from 1 customised WI to another

Hi
If I add a new field to 2 WITs.

And then use Create Copy of Work Item to copy a WI from one type to the other.

will the new field be copied if it has exactly the same REFNAME in both WITs

Yes, if the field is on both WIs with the same REFNAME than the "Create Copy of WorkItem" feature will copy the value from one type to the other.
